2. General information on data processing
As a matter of principle we only process personal data of our users to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content. Processing generally takes place only with the user's consent or where authorised by law.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted on a server of a German hosting provider. On each request the system automatically collects data and information from the requesting computer. The following data is collected:
- IP address of the user (shortened/anonymised where possible)
- Date and time of the request
- Requested URL and HTTP status code
- Referrer URL
- Browser and operating system used
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website). Logs are deleted after a maximum of 30 days unless they are still needed to defend against concrete attacks.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, no analytics services, no profiling and no advertising cookies. Only technically necessary storage access is used where required to render the page.
5. Linked platforms
This page displays links and preview images of our own platforms (schupla.de, hofladen-wegweiser.de, deutsche-markenwelt.de, fussballerzitate.de, xmastotal.de, nordpolradio.de). Only when you actively click a link will you leave this site and be redirected to the respective platform. The privacy policies published on those platforms apply to data processing there.
6. Contact
If you contact us by email or via the contact form (which opens a pre-filled email in your email client), the information you provide (name, email address, content of the message) will be stored in order to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b and lit. f GDPR. This data will not be passed on to third parties.
